This Shipping Policy details the delivery conditions applicable to orders placed on the website www.zistyhome.com , operated by ZISTY Home, a company founded by Guamra Janati, whose registered office is located at Rue Dehin 87, 4000 LiĂšge, Belgium (BCE: 1030.868.092).
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The products offered on the Site come from various specialized suppliers carefully selected for the quality of their products. Therefore, preparation and shipping times may vary depending on the items ordered.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. For orders from multiple suppliers, you will receive a tracking email for each package.

3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when placing your order, based on your delivery address and the items ordered.
Multi-supplier orders: As the products offered on the Site are shipped by different specialized suppliers, an order containing items from different suppliers may generate several separate shipments . Shipping costs are calculated per package/shipment and are clearly detailed before you confirm your order .
The total delivery cost will be shown to you before you finalize your purchase. No hidden fees will be charged after confirmation.
4. Delivery Zones
ZISTY Home currently delivers throughout the European Union , including:
- Belgium (company headquarters)
- France
- Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany
- Italy, Spain, Portugal
- Austria, Sweden, and other EU countries
The delivery areas and any delivery restrictions are specified during the ordering process. If your country does not appear in the delivery options, it means we are unable to deliver there at this time.
5. Order tracking
Each shipment has a tracking number sent by email. You can track your package on the carrier's website, which is indicated in the shipping confirmation email.
You can also check the status of your order from your customer area on the Site or via our Order Tracking page.
6. Reception and verification
We recommend that you check the condition of the package upon receipt . In case of visible damage:
- Make a note of any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@zistyhome.com
- Attach photos of the damaged product and packaging
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, ZISTY Home undertakes to offer a replacement or a full refund , including return shipping costs.
7. Delivery problems
Lost package: If your package has not been delivered within the stated timeframe or if the tracking indicates a problem, please contact us at contact@zistyhome.com . We will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a solution (reshipment or refund).
Package returned to sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We will contact you to arrange the reshipment.
Incorrect address: Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. ZISTY Home cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product (or the last product in the case of partial delivery). In addition, ZISTY Home grants an extended 30-day withdrawal period as a goodwill gesture.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product.
