These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between Zisty Home (the Seller) and any natural or legal person (the Customer) wishing to make a purchase via the site www.zistyhome.com .
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor variations in color or texture may exist depending on screens or the artisanal nature of certain products.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing their order.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Zisty Home reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment for orders is made online by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or any other payment method offered on the site.
Transactions are secured using encryption systems that comply with current standards.
6. Delivery

Zisty Home cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or exceptional circumstances (strikes, bad weather, etc.).
7. Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with the law, the Customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the product.

8. Liability
Zisty Home cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products purchased.
The seller's liability may not exceed the total amount of the order.
9. Personal data
The data collected is used for order processing and is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the seller's address.
